I realize that my blog/life has centered around Eric's injury lately. However, in my defense, it has completely encompassed my life. He did have a milestone today. He was told he did not have to wear his boot unless he was moving around, and he had his stitches out. The doctor said that Eric was coming along like a champ, and (prayers answered) he was healing quite well. It was a HUGE morale booster of a day.
Later this afternoon we'll take Ray to get his new glasses. All in all, a good day for the Swicks!

What? Eric doesn't say "Are you going to Blog this?" and then tell you that every detail of his life doesn't need to go on here? :-) I am glad you update. Glad to hear the good news. Tell him to take it easy. And did we ever hear how this happened in the first place. I don't recall that. :-)
ReplyDeleteEric, being married to me, knows good and well that everything that happens in our life is fodder for my blog. He was teaching a few guys the right way to do hand to hand combat, then one of the guys broke his leg by doing it wrong. I'm pretty sure his picture is under the word irony.
